Oh Callye, that was fantastic!!!! It was very, very helpful! And it was nice to see you!!! I just bought a bunch of those bottles but haven't used them yet. It seems like they'd be a pain to fill and to clean. But my daughter is on my about how much paper I waste using parchment. (She's going to single handedly save the earth.)

I love your site, and LOVE this tutorial. I have one question though…where did you get that bottle? Does it come with at attachment to put the piping tip on the end? One of those would make detail work so much easier!
