Star Wars Cookies Using Holiday Cutters
Do you know what happens when you grow up three miles outside of the middle of nowhere?
Since I’m guessing most of you DON’T, I’ll tell ya.
By default, you become a nerd.
I think it has something to do with having to rely on your own imagination for entertainment.
When town kids get bored, they walk outside and play with a neighbor kid. That wasn’t the case for us.
We played Little House on the Prairie (when my brother wasn’t pouting because he had to be Mary) and shot at rocks with our BB guns.
We didn’t watch a lot of TV because our flying saucer-ish satellite dish was often on the fritz, (maybe because we used it for target practice) but if we did watch something, it was usually movies. Dad’s movies, to be exact. The tape kind.
You remember VHS, right?
Anyway, our choices were Dune, Ferris Buller’s Day Off, Back to the Future, Star Wars, and Star Trek.
So, while my brother was busy learning to “mind meld” and speak Klingon, I memorized Ferris Buller’s every word and fell in love with Star Wars. I guess when you watch a movie six times a week, it grows on you.
As a result, I’m now on a quest to become the Jedi master of Star Wars cookies. This is my latest attempt.
Many of you have probably seen these cookie cutters. They came from Williams-Sonoma, and I bought the first set as soon as I learned they existed.
I was SOOOO excited about them, UNTIL I used them.
I just wasn’t feeling the little pushy thing on top. So, when the next set came along, I didn’t even consider buying them.
Of course, I eventually ended up with them AND the sandwich cutters, but only because my brother picked them up for me when they went on clearance.
In the end, gift or not, I didn’t warm up to them. So, in true country-kid fashion, I came up with another way. I used Halloween and Christmas cutters to make my own version.
In Texas, we call that “Southern Engineering”. There were the good guys…
and the bad guys, of course.
And if I hadn’t stopped myself, there might have been ten more.
The skull was the most useful cutter of the bunch. With a little trimming, I was able to make Jabba, C-3PO, an Ewok, Stormtrooper, AND Emperor Palpatine. I’ve also used it to make Darth Maul in the past.
A tombstone became Boba and R-2,
and my Wilton spider made a great Princess Leia and Yoda.
Can you believe that Aniken and Chewbacca were actually Santa?
I was even able to make an Imperial Cruiser and fighter, Darth Vader, and the Millennium Falcon with a candy corn, candy, bell, and Christmas ornament.
Did I mention I am a nerd? I just can’t help it. These guys are old friends.
Each time I make these, they get a little better. This is my best Yoda and Jabba to date. I also decided that adding a little lustre to ol’ Darth gives him a lot of depth and is way more interesting than a flat black cookie.
So, this, folks, is how you make Star Wars cookies, even if you missed the not so great cutters. I’m hoping that one of these days, mine will become a collector’s item and I can sell them on Pawn Stars for a huge amount of money. Too bad I threw away the box!
If you’re a non-nerd, forgive this little geek moment. Hopefully this will at least come in handy if someone asks you for Star Wars cookies.
And all you DIE HARD fans, please excuse any inaccuracies there might be. I took a few liberties with some of the characters to simplify them. Don’t be mad at me.
Just out of curiosity, are you a Star Wars fan? Who is YOUR favorite character? I’m a Yoda girl myself, how about you?
I’m a Boba Fett and R2 lover, and have been since 1979! Don’t apologize for being a nerd, you are talented and creative! Those films are part of the fabric of modern culture, and we were lucky enough to grow up with them. Your site is beautiful and very helpful.
Oh my word. These are most impressive!! As a fellow country bumpkin I can empathise with the entertaining yourself attitude. I bake a lot and people always ask why, I explain that in the country if it was after 5pm and you wanted something sweet you either baked it or waited until the next morning. I have a serious sweet tooth and a disorganised mum and hence learnt to be a resourceful baker!
These cookies have inspired me to give my boyfriend a star wars themed birthday party. Can’t wait. Thank you for the idea.
Your cookies are amazing! My brother is very artistic and drew each of these characters while he was in high school art. He would love it if I made these…unfortunately, I did not inherit the “artsy” talent. My favorite characters are R2D2 and Chewie.
This is the coolest set of cookies I have ever seen! 😀
Perfect, your cookie of Yoda is.
I dreamed beeing Leia Princess
Plus I had an improtant crush on Luke. I also liked Hans Solo character.
So predictable
How brilliant!!! You are so good at seeing things in cookie shapes! I want to see cutters like you when I grow up! I am loving the cuteness of the cookies. Again you amaze me:)
You are so awesome!!!
Bueller. Bueller. Bueller. I loved that movie too! 🙂
These cookies are amazing, Callye! I am stuck staring at every little detail, instead of getting ready for work as I should be.
I did’nt think in the world exist cookies so beautiful!
It’s so true about country kids! I hadn’t really thought about it that way, but that happened with me, too…except I didn’t have a sibling until I was 9 and by the time we could play together, I was way too old for it, ha.
I did have mostly male cousins, though, and that meant any time any family got together (every set seemingly living in the country somewhere), it was definitely time to get creative.
And about that TV thing and satellite being on the fritz (ours, too!)? Before we finally got satellite, we only got 5 channels….3 for news (ABC, NBC, etc, and certainly nothing for a kid to watch in the evenings), 1 usually fuzzy, and then PBS, ha. PBS was all about imagination, so when I’d occasionally watch, it was usually for the better. Books were what I was usually into, though, and uh, hello, doesn’t being a book worm eventually label you a nerd by default anyway?
Oh, right, and love the cookies….and cookie cutter genius-ness. As always. 😛 <3
love Yoda. don’t really have a favorite though. Awesome job on the cookies!
Oh…my…goodness. These are gorgeous! I saw these cutters at Williams Sonoma too and wanted to buy them. But I thought to myself, there is no way I would make them look like the Star Wars characters my family knows and loves. Yours are absolutely beautiful!!!!
Every time I see you post I think it can’t get better, but it does! These are amazing!
You are SO good with details!! You always stop just short of too many for the most amazing and incredible cookies that have ever existed. Jabba? Are you kidding me? That cookie is INSANE!! And I have NEVER actually seen Yoda in a sugar form that actually really and truly looks like Yoda. WOW!!!
It took me a lot of ugly Yodas to get to him!
Nerds rock! These are hands down the best Star Wars cookies I have EVER seen…love them!!! I’m a lover of all things Star Wars as is my hubby, I’m a fan of Obi Wan…..
I just can say two things, those cookies are amazing and you have fantastic and incredible ideas to make them.
kisses!
UMM- that’s brilliant. I think you just became a Jedi master of SW cookies. Bell for Vader is genius.
You are a legend…or the ‘force is strong with this one’. Thanks for an awesome post. I love all of it. And I am glad I am not the only one who cant get embossed cutters to work so well.
You. Are. A. Genius. Freakin’ Genius. And perfect. Just posted a link on Edible Crafts. This is my favorite post ever, and I have lots o’ favorite posts here.
Hope you are doing well my friend!
Callye… what can I say… you are a super star. You never cease to amaze us with all your talent. I am a Yoda girl myself. Thank you for always sharing with us… this is the first blog I check every morning.
Brenda
And may the force be with you…… always.
You made me smile!
i’m continually amazed by your cookie skills!
As Yoda would say, “Impressive, these cookies are!”
As usual, your creativity astounds me!!! I love the Princess Leia ones the best!!
I am a Star Wars fan by default. I live with two boys who LOVE it. Your cookies are absolutely amazing! I always call them both in to see what you have created. If there are any inaccuracies, they never notice.
I love to see what you can come up with.
My boyfriend will go crazy over these! Unfortunately I’m not gifted with creative mind (or hands, so to speak) so he can only drool over these XD
Awesome!
OMG These are AMAZING!!! I didn’t grow up a “nerd” but I married a wonderful guy who happened to be what many would coin a “nerd”…..over the years the nerdiness has seeped into me!! Things I never thought I would like or watch, I have learned to love! We have an entire room filled with Star Wars stuff! LOL I LOVED the idea of the W.S. cookie cutters but hated the little push thing, they could have been so much better. Your looks FABULOUS! My kids, and husband, would go crazy over them. You always amaze me!
Hugs,
Tracy Valure
Nerdiness IS CONTAGIOUS! you have to keep up, otherwise you’d never get any of the jokes, LOL! My dad and brothers STILL go above my head sometimes!
this was passed onto my friend who works for Quirk Books and they tweeted it! 🙂 https://twitter.com/#!/quirkbooks/status/134263263268577280
Thank you!!!
No offense, but I was like “meh, Star Wars cookies.” UNTIL I saw the Ewok. I mean, fabulous that you did all them with repurposed cutters, and as always they’re amazing. Goes without saying. But AHHHH the Ewok. I love Ewoks. And Gremlins. Can you make Gremlins next since you’re doing 70’s/ 80’s old school right now? 😉
LOL, I like ewoks too…and I think you are onto something. Gizmo NEEDS to be a cookie. Real gremlins SCARE me, LOL, but I bet I could cookie them!
Simply Amazing!!! Love these!!

THESE FREAKIN ROCK!!! This is my favourite movie of all time, (the original Star Wars, not the updated version) so I love this!!! Seriously Callye, you are amazing (and I agree the cutters sucked!)
The originals are the best. I am going to watch SW tonight while I decorate!
Corinna from Switzerland, March 27, 2012 at 7:45 PM There weren’t many guest as it is pre-season in March and we loved the atmosphere of the surunroded garden, plants and statues. The statues were highley groomed and there are so many beautiful places and spots the relaxe and enjoy the view to the lake. The rooms were also very nice, in this nostalgic style we love so, and everything was clean nothing to complain about! We used the swimming pool and spa which was probably very new and with plenty of extras as rain shower, shiny sky ceiling etc. Breakfast was in a good quality, we had these wonderful typical sweets (which must have been freshly made!!). Again, the view to the lake was astonishing. Staff and hotel manager are very friendly and even offered me free manicure for my birthday! Price/Performance ratio was absolutely granted and we will come back again!
Your answer was just what I needed. It’s made my day!
these are insanely awesome!!!! I love the texture / 3Dness of them – UNBELIEVABLE!!!
wow you are amazing! I love them all.
Oh my word. These are amazing. My husband turned me into a huge Star Wars fan and I adore these cookies!
I absolutely love those and that is where I have the hardest time…looking at something and turning it into something else. Now all I need is a step by step for the cookies HAHAHA. I am just learning this new skill and would really love to make these.
These are amazing!! I love the Darth and Yoda the most…
(And I don’t know if you’re anal-retentive like me, but just wanted to tell you that you mixed up the labels for skull and spider on the shot of the cookie cutters…)
So sorry, I fixed it…my buddy tried to tell me last night, but I was so tired I couldn’t figure out what she meant. But I got it now. I am anal, but a terrible speller and easily distracted! Not a good combo. I easily and often mess up, but then if bugs the cruddy out of me til I can fix it!
I am totally a Star Wars fan!! I work with some kiddos that are OBSESSED with them. Like, the second I come into view they ask me some very pointed and directed question about one scene in one of the movies. Really forces you to be up on your game!
I’ll take those extra cutters off your hands for you. Let’s face it: Pawn Stars will want the box. I don’t. 🙂
Oh, and these look AMAZING!!
Delurking… these are awesome! I’m a huge Star Wars fan myself, and I have one of the sets of cutters. As a kid, C3PO was my favorite. Now… don’t hate me… its Darth Vader. I think he’s such an awesome villain. 🙂
I forgive ya! You cant help but love Vader..especially since deep down he IS a good guy. And lets face it, once upon a time, he WAS steamy Aniken!
Boba all the way! He’s so cool! I’m sad he gets eaten in the end! Seems like an unfit way to go, you know? Anyway, thank you for posting this! I was beginning to think I’d never be able to make the cookies without the cutters, but I literally have the same cutters that you used to make these! I never even thought about re-purposing those seasonal cutters before! Thanks!!
Seriously I live in a house full of boys and I know they will go insane if I showed this to them. My husband would kind of freak out in fact.
You must be hands down the coolest mom on the block right now! Those cookies are incredible, I would frame them and not let anyone eat them. I can’t believe how you get so much detail with icing, mad skills lady!
Never seize to amaze me! These are just awesome! Might have to make these for my Uncle John’s birthday!
Sammantha
Wowie wow wow! Each of these cookies deserves it’s own post!
I am a Yoda and Ewok lover. 🙂
Speaking of nerdville; we had a Beta player and I think the only movie we had to watch on it was Trading Places with Eddie Murphy and Dan Ackroyd. Yep, I can recite the whole move for ya. I also used that Beta to record my fave music videos from MTV. Good thing there is no way to replay the evidence now!
Dad liked that one to, LOL! I have seen it OVER AND OVER AND OVER…
I love the part in coming to America, where Akeem gives the homeless guys money, and Randolph says MORTIMER, WE’RE BACK. I’ve watched Trading places so many times I knew exactly what they were talking about!
You are pretty much UH-MAZING!!!!!
AWESOME job, Callye!!! They look amazing! I’m a country girl myself, only we didn’t even have the giant satellite dish!! We spent our days acting out Little House and honing our geekiness as well. Country kids rock! (As demonstrated by these awesome cookies!)
Our favorite was Little House in the big woods =) We always played sugaring time…I have a feeling you will KNOW what I am talking about!
You are sooooo clever. And I am with you on those plunger cookie cutters, they are messy, the design is covered up in the base coat of icing, and what happens to those crumbs that get caught behind the springy mechanism? YUCK! Princess is adorable, I always wanted those buns!
LOVE!!! Great Job!! You have an amazing imagination and talent!! My husband would love these cookies, unfortunately I have yet to see any of the movies…even though we own all of them. Maybe I will get the chance as soon as my kiddos are old enough to watch them 🙂
ummmm … WOW … that’s all I can say really … is just … WOW!
You are an artist – I am just UH-MAZED at your creations … simply GO-JUS!!
I’m lucky if I can make the stripes on a candy cane Christmas cookie look right!
I’m off to further explore your blog and subscribe .. I’ve just got to check out your recipes section – hope there’s an icing one on there – I never seem to be able to make it so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the cookie stacked on top of it!
these are awesome but i wanted to let you know that i think you mixed up the skull and skull labels on the third photo down
Got it fixed. Thanks!
I knew there was a reason I liked you.
Ferris Bueller still remains one of my favorite movies to date. My husband has never seen the movie (I know, I married him anyways) and he can even quote about 50 lines just by listening to me over the years. It’s that’s bad.
And I am a HUGE Star Wars fan!! When they re-released the originals in the theatre 15-some years ago (how’s that for dating yourself), I was living in LA and got to see all three of them at Mann’s Chinese Theatre. And of the thousands of people that were there with us, we were the only ones NOT in costume. (My husband is a Star Trek fan and refused. I know, I know. I married him anyways).
And I have to admit, I love Darth Vader. Of the good guys, Yoda is my favorite (Luke and Aniken whine too much). But Darth is just so cool! With the cape and the whole force choke thing…and you have to admit. He has the best theme music. =-)
Your cookies look awesome. Your Yodas blow mine WAY out of the water. Your Jabba flat out rocks. Seriously.
I have to tell you a funny…when I was a kid, I got in trouble and I tried to use the force to do that to my mom one time. They laughed SOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard, I wasn’t even in trouble anymore, LOL!
Absolutely amazed by your cookies!! I´m from Spain and I´m a Chebacca fan. May the force be with you always!!!
Love them ! Jonas has become an all-out Star Wars geek… I feel it’s simply a passing on 😉
Ewoks were definitely my favorite ! So cute !
But honestly, I think your most impressive Star Wars cookie is Emperor Palpatine…. amazing !
Awe this makes me proud! We’re due for a catch up session! Hope you’re doing good! I will email ya soon!
Awesome you are! Yoda is my favorite – Creat cookies you will :0)
=)
I’m absolutely in love with these!!!!! And totally jealous of your icing skills. I’m still really new to royal icing, but I hope to one day be able to ice my cookies as great as you do!
With a little practice, you can, I promise!
Your pretty much AMAZING!!
all i can say is WOW!!! nice job on the star wars cookies. I can’t even imagine myself being that good to try such a thing. :)I love star wars and have recently introduced my kids to it.
That’s the sign of a great mom =)
wow those are amazing! my favorite characters are the ewoks. When my siblings and I were little we would play star wars but since there were two boys and two girls (im the youngest) I was always an ewok.
HAHAHAHA, then you feel my brother’s PAIN. We made him be Mary because he was the weakest member of the tribe, LOL!
I don’t usually comment though I’ve been admiring your cookies and learning from your blog for a long time now. These cookies are just TOO AMAZING to not say anything!! You are always so resourceful with your cookie cutters too and this is no exception. I’ve been ogling the Williams-Sonoma cutters for a lonnnngggg time – thanks for showing us how it can be done with holiday cutters. Do you think you might do a tutorial on these characters, or at least some of them? Please? I love Star Wars and am a Yoda girl msyelf 🙂 Seriously incredible cookies!!
I plan on adding more, and doing a tutorial on the better ones =) It may take me a while, but I will!
These are TOO cute. I am not a fan of star wars. Personally the only one i’ve ever seen (from start to finish) was that one where that guy falls into the lava and becomes darth vadar. even though i don’t like star wars i would still eat these cookies.
These are amazing. And I love Star Wars. My favorite characters are Leia (of course!) and R2-D2!
Amazing!!! I’m not sure who would want these more, my kids or my husband!
Totally adorable Callye…..not sure about you but I sure don’t miss those VHS tapes. Awww man you had to rewind them when you wanted to play your favorite parts over and over, then that spot always played kinda funky.
You did a fantastic job on these cookies.
This made me LOL, Bernie and I saw a tape re-winder in the thrift store the other day, and we laughed at remembering fighting with our brothers who had to stand there and wait for it to rewind and change the tape. Only the cool kids had those things back then, LOL!
Chubaka and R2D2 are my fav!!! Wow-this is def in my top ten favorite post by you!!!
So freaking RADICAL.
xoxoxoxo
These are adorable!!!! I am not a huge star wars fan myself BUT….I am a Mom of three boys. Their Dad, Uncle, and most of their cousins are huge fans. Every toy in my house somehow gets turned into a light saber. If they are watching the movies then they must re enact the light saber scenes as they look at the tv. I have plenty of halloween and christmas cookie cutters. I am so excited to try these. The weather just got cold and rainy where I live so this would be a perfect indoor activity.
You’re so clever! I can already see the obsession with cookie cutters settling on me so it’s refreshing and wonderful to see all the ways some of the more common cutters can be put to mulitple uses! I’ve always enjoyed the original Star Wars movies, Luke, Han Solo, etc., but haven’t been a big fan of the newer ones, I haven’t even seen Star Wars III *gasp*, but I’ve always enjoyed Yoda, and R2.
I saw the phantom menace in the theater, but after that, I didn’t see then new ones until they were on SPIKE TV a few years back. They are ALL amazing, but the originals are still the best!
My sister said the same thing about not loving the original cutters. I bought them for her boys for a birthday gift, and they only used them once for the same reason. Great ideas!
Love this!!!! I have the W.S. cutters and haven’t even come close to the decorating to make them look correct! Your cookies are awesome!!!
Fave character’s C3PO, R2-D2, Yoda, and Chewie! 🙂 Can’t pick just one!
You are not a nerd!
Love these cookies!! Glad to know I wasnt the only one who had trouble with the WS Star Wars Cutters! My brother has good luck using them for pancakes!
I am! First because of my brother, I still remember his light saber! Second because I saw the movies a million of times in my friend’s house when I was a child, and third because of my hubby, we have a crush… even when I don’t do often Star Wars cookies, soorrry hubby! Recently in Tx. I went to WS to buy those cutters, and some other SW stuff, he was pretty happy with them, but I think I have to convince him to let me play with his toys even when he doesn’t know how to play with them! He use to keep all his treasures in their original packages… someday I’ll convince him!
About my favorite character, is hard to pick just one, but if I have to do it, I think I am a Obi-Wan girl.
HAHAHA, he probably will never let you open them, Myri, LOL! I HOPE to see you make these sometime. PLEASE! I will bed with Alex!
No flippin’ way!!! These are completely amazing!! I am kicking myself that I just bought the Williams Sonoma set. Maybe I can take them back! These are beyond fantastic.
BEYOND cute! And so intricate! You did a fabulous job and I am so impressed!
So I have to share something funny. I think you have your skull and spider cookie cutters mislabeled in your picture of the cookie cutters. The funny thing is I looked at the one labeled skull for probably almost 2 minutes trying to figure out how it was a skull. Finally I noticed the one that was shaped like a skull was labeled spider and it all made sense. Someone with more brains than I would have probably figured out the skull one was not a skull right away and not wasted so much time. 🙂 I love the cookies! I love even more the posts where you show how you use one cookie cutter for a totally different thing. you are so creative. Love the blog!
LOL, I just got home and got it fixed. My friend Glory said she did the same! I’m sorry for confusing everyone. The funny thing is, my friend Karen TOLD me that last night, but I was so tired I didn’t see what she was talking about. This morning when my eyes were fresh it was a big DUH, but then I was stuck at the doctor’s, LOL! Bu if you ever do notice something like that, ASSUME I am wrong! I AM THE TYPO QUEEN!
Amazing! Fantastic! Crazy! Breathtaking! Imaginative! I’m in awe.
You are amazing. Seriously. You really need to find yourself a commercial kitchen and open up an online store and start selling these cookies. You have unbelievable talent. Seriously.
OMG! Your cookies are amazing!!!! I am a HUGE Star Wars fan! We even spent 10 days at Disney World during Star Wars weekends so we could do 2 weekends! It is awesome to be walking down the street in Hollywood Studio and the Gamorian Guard to walk up to you or the Jawas to run up to you and scream in your face! I am an R2 girl. Gotta love a droid!
I have Jawas, Tauntauns {don’t know if I spelled that right}, sandpeople, the sandworm, the death star, the little speeders from the Battle of Endor, the death star, a better sith, and maybe some Gammorean guards. I chickened out this time, LOL….PS, I love droids too, but what I love even more is that you know what Gammorian guards ARE!
You are so creative.. I’m not a star wars fan but I love the creativity of these cookies.
Yoda, fan you be? Hmmmmm Solo Han for me. 🙂
I can totally see that =) When I was younger, Luke was my man, but as I get older…well it’s NOW Han that lights my fire, LOL!
I LOVE these! I call my 4-year-old daughter Yoda, because she has really short hair and in the summertime when we are in the pool, she gets it wet and it sticks out like Yoda ears. Goofy, I know. She has no real clue who Yoda is, because she hasn’t been subjected to Star Wars yet . . . but for me, I like the older ones with Harrison Ford. Definitely the best. 🙂
LOVE these. My son is a huge fan so I have been trying to think creatively with Star Wars cutters for a while now. Love yours! So many more ideas, however, I did use a purse cutter for R2D2 and it also gave me little bump for the arms/wheels he uses to get around. Thanks for the ideas!
I’m guessing you use picnik as a photo editing software for your text?
🙂
Oh, yes. I cannot work my photoshop!
As a major star wars fan and someone who was the only girl in their physics class, I ADORE these cookies like you wouldn’t believe. I am now currently in the process of shopping for these cutters 🙂
I don’t celebrate halloween or xmas (just not that kind of person) so I now have an excuse to use these for something far more interesting 😀
You are amazing!
p.s. I’m a Han Solo fan but then again I have a major crush on Harrison Ford so it’s understandble 🙂
Just WOW! You are amazing!
Oh my goodness, these must have taken you for absolutely ever! A.W.E.S.O.M.E!
Oh, and: Han Solo!
I grew up in the middle of nowhere and only had three channels on the tv – and not even a chance of a movie on tape! So why did I BUY the star wars cutters????? These are even better than the sheets! 🙂
You are amazing! I love the idea for using the shapes you have to make something else. Genius!!
Those are UNREAL!!!!
OH MY GOSH!!! This is true creativity. I also have all the Star Wars cutters from WS (I got them all on sale too). Not only I am a fan but I have two boys who watched Star Wars 100 times (so did I as I was working in the kitchen :).
My favorite character is Chewbacca, I even have it on my key chain. Weired ha?!
I do not bake that much, I always plan and sketch designs but do not bake. You are truely amazing and I am sure many cookiers and Star Wars fans will benefit from this post.
WOW!! Yoda is unreal. They all are actually. Not a huge fan in my adulthood, but def grew up with parents who had the movies on tape as well! i need to do a harry potter collection like this, bc thats my nerd outlet!!
These look amazing, I too was disappointed in the williams and Sonoma cookie cutters. My favorite character is obi won !
how fabulous and perfectly original and wonderful!! very cool! Yoda and R-2 are for me!
I am at a loss for words, you truly are creative!! I am still shaking my head in disbelief..
I’m a Yoda girl too! Love him I do! My favorite cookie maker you are. Excited every time I see your new pieces I am. The Force is definitely with you!
Amazing! You are so creative!!!! Your Star Wars cookies are the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Love them!
You are a GENIUS!!! I grew up watching Star Wars and still think its the best. I also bought the WS cutters when they first came out but ended up returning them. These cookies are amazing, and my favorite is also Yoda.
In AWE!
Holy Stinkin Cow!!!! I love these soooo much. I am a fan because of my son and I have the will-sonom ones. But this makes that 20 purchase look ridiculous! I can’t even choose a favorite but I have to say that joba is crazy cool. Never seen a cookie of him.
There are no words for how I feel about them as a whole.
Gorgeous flowers Callye. FYI… Here’s a helpful hint you may (or may not) be able to use: When I want to make a circle on a cookie that’s already frosted, (i.e. like marking the center of the flower) I dip my round cookie cutter into some frosting that matches the color of the center, then lightly place it on the cookie. No more need to draw around the cutter.. the frosting does the work for you. Eazy Peazy!
That’s an awesome tip. Thank you.
Oops, that comment was supose to go with the flower cookies… sorry. But since I’m here, your Star Wars cookies…. FAB-U-Lous!!!
