All Things Santa Platter
Happy Sunday, everyone! Today is a day for resting and preparing for the upcoming week, which will be VERY exciting! I have so many fun things planned, so keep checking back. Monday I will announce the winner of the current giveaway, which ends tomorrow, so go enter if you have not=)
Today was a good one for me. I accomplished a lot. I shopped, something else I am very good at, and I helped one of my oldest friends arrange a cookie decorating party for her daughter and her girl scout troop. It was my first time to do that sort of thing, and I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be super fun.
I plan to talk more about it later in the week.
Also, this is the week I finish another platter of cookies that I am very proud of. I made them to send off to my cousin in Afghanistan, We love and miss you, D!!!
And… if that is not enough, I plan on breaking out the gingerbread recipe, posting how-tos for some fun holiday projects, and announce another give away! The whole month of December will be full of fun free gifts because the holiday season just puts me in a giving mood.
Hope everyone has a wonderful relaxing Sunday! Off to decorate the tree (behind as usual) and bake some gingerbread =)
Here are my cookies for day 25…I call this platter, “All things Santa”
Oh wow, I love them all! 🙂 And it cracks me up that we seem to be on the same path so often. You should see the clipart I have printed out for this upcoming week! We match! 🙂 Awesome cookies, Callye!!!
Hi Callye,
I love your Christmas cookies!
I've been a fan of your blog for a long time and am amazed at your talent and how quick you do cookies! I've been decorating cookies for about 3 years now and love it. It consumes my life and I love creating new cookies too. I just finished 250 Christmas cookies for a client and my hands need a little break. Is santa's buckle and the bottom of the sleigh just a grey or is it silver? If so, how did you get the silver color? This may be a silly question! Thanks, and I love seeing your new creations everyday!
The one of just the belly and the belt is so great.
This is so cute. I hope I can get back to it this week. I hate being in this way. I dont even know what day I am supposed to be on but I miss it.
This is a great set Callye! I especially love the Santa belly…I'm going to have to try that one soon~ Merry Christmas!

Very cute!!! Love all your cookies!!! 🙂
Really great set!! So bright and cheerful!! They look great on that platter too! Can't wait to see what other fun things you have planned for us (your loyal fans!)
Hi Missy…those are plain old gray…I probably should have luster dusted them but I was feeling not so ambitious that day!
I'm a new reader, but totally devoted at this point! I LOVE your cookies. I am an amateur decorator but do some as a mini-business. I loved the Santa belly – what a super idea!
Oh I love this Santa platter 🙂 You are soo creative!! Big thanks to your cousin for serving our country!
Love the bellies!!! Fitting for our family!
Was wondering do you have a special cutter for HO or are they 2 seperate cut outs backed side by side?
Wonderful cookies! The Santa bellies are adorable and I love that you tucked a little present inside the sleighs.
I love the sleigh. I might have to add a little present peeking out of mine next year. (if you don't mind..)

Super cute cookies….I mean WOW! You are so creative about the cookie cutters you use, could you please tell me what cookie cutter you used for the red nosed reindeer? I know you often use other cookie cutters to create your own unique cookies, this looks like it may be one of those times you used your unique gift to create this cookie. Am I right? Please share what you used and how you did it. Thanks so much for sharing your great web site, I hope you never stop.
